Refund policy

1. Kindly send the order number of the parcel.
2. Product must be returned to our warehouse within 07 days of the order.
3. Product must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
4. A processing fee of 300 rupees will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and shipping costs.
5. Customers must provide their bank account number, account holder's name, and bank name for refund processing.
6. We use industry-standard encryption methods to protect customer's personal information.
7. Bank account information will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.
8. We will issue the refund once the returned product is received and processed.
